The information I collect:
In order for me process your order, I will have access to your name and shipping address, you username on Etsy, your email and the details of your order. Your payment will be processed through either Etsy direct checkout or PayPal. You may also wish to write a personal check or money order and send it directly to me. I will have access of what method you used to pay but I will not have access to your credit card or payment account details so I will not be able to duplicate a sale to you unless repurchase on your end. If you purchased by check, I will deposit into the bank and will not retain any checking account information.

When and how I would use your personal information:
- I will use your name, address and purchase details to ship your order
- I will use you address and purchase information as required by law to comply with state sales tax law
- If necessary, I will turn over collected information to comply with any court order or in connection with any legal claims, such as retaining information about your purchases if required by tax law
- I will use your information to provide customer support for item(s) purchased, settle disputes, and to improve my services. I use your information as necessary to comply with my obligations under the Etsy Seller Policy and Terms of Use.
- I will use your contact information such as Etsy username or email to contact you about information or issues regarding your purchase.

When and how I share your information:
Information about my customers is important to my business. I share your personal information for very limited reasons and in limited circumstances, as follows:
- I share information with Etsy as necessary to provide you my services and comply with my obligations under both the Etsy Seller Policy and Etsy Terms of Use.
- I engage certain trusted third parties to perform functions and provide services to my shop, such as delivery companies. I will share your personal information with these third parties, but only to the extent necessary to perform these services.
- If I sell or merge my business, I may disclose your information as part of that transaction, only to the extent permitted by law.
- Compliance with laws. I may collect, use, retain, and share your information if I have a good faith belief that it is reasonably necessary to: (a) respond to legal process or to government requests; (b) enforce my agreements, terms and policies; (c) prevent, investigate, and address fraud and other illegal activity, security, or technical issues; or (d) protect the rights, property, and safety of my customers, or others.

How long I will keep your data:
- I will retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide you with my services and as described in my Privacy Policy. However, I may also be required to retain this information to comply with my legal and regulatory obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce my agreements. I generally keep your data for 10 years.
